As I turn the page on 26 rewarding years of teaching, a new chapter begins—one filled with open roads, new landscapes, and endless possibility. My husband and I are embarking on a long-awaited adventure: a road trip from our home in Lewes, Delaware, all the way to the breathtaking wilderness of Alaska in our Class B van.

I’ll be sharing our planning process, from getting our rig road-ready and prepping healthy meals, to choosing what (and what not) to pack for life on the move.
